ACE Champions Trophy Contest

Conditions

1. Only Registrations from Engineering Colleges will be considered for ACE.
2. To qualify for ACE, the teams of the respective college should register for all
events before 11:30 AM on Day-1, 21 March 2019.
3. A minimum of 6 colleges must participate in URJA to activate ACE.
4. College will be considered for a prize if they have won at least 8 events.
5. College will be considered for the prize if they have represented in all the 12
events.
6. Organizing college will not be considered for this contest.

General Guidelines

​

1. Participants should be present 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the
event.
2. Eligibility: B.E/ B.Tech students pursuing any Electronics branches will be
permitted to participate.
3. Participants will not be permitted without a valid College ID card.
4. Registration by payment on both days will be open from 8.30 AM-9.30 AM of
the same day. Registration for any event will be closed 30 min before
commencement of the event.
5. If number of registered participants is lower than expected the event will be
cancelled. In case of event cancellation the registration fee will be returned only
on producing the payment receipt of the registration.
6. Participants are not allowed to use any electronic gadgets during the
conduction of any event. If such a violation is noted, the said team/participant
will be disqualified from the event.
7. Participation certificates will be provided to all participants.
